By now it is ( or it should be ) quite clear to us all… that there is going to be….World War Three, assuming of course that it has not already…started ( Syria ). Only thing not clear about it is….the timing, when it is going to happen 2 years….20 years…200…years ?
Another thing very clear about it…. is…. that it is going to be on the basis of… religionS !! Good thing or bad thing about it is….there is nothing to worry about… as there are going to be neither winners ( to celebrate ) nor losers ( to regret ). Total Loss. Religion ( or religions ) will see to it that there is… a Total Annihilation. As if Religion alone was not sufficient enough as the Cake of Destruction, a deadly Icing in the form of Petro – dollar was added on Top.

As there shall be no survivors, so it is only proper that we do an advance postmortem of sorts, as to establish… what went wrong.
NUMBER ONE :
The person or the people or the leaders, who changed the very definition of secularism did ….the greatest disservice to the world peace. Secularism should have meant non promotion of any religion(S) by the State. To be totally ‘religion-neutral’. Total separation of religion and politics. Instead, the very definition of secularism was changed ( or doctored ?) to mean “promotion of all religions”, thereby opening the door to religion appeasement. This led to religion-upmanship and the creation of religion-states.
NO. TWO :
ONE MOST DAMAGING CONCEPT :
If one thing which was most damaging it was this :
“Religion has got nothing to do with terrorism” !!
OK….. but……Modern Terrorism has got everything to do with religion !!
Religion… or… to be more precise, our ‘idea / perception’ of religion, tends to make us fanatics and absolute religion… does… an absolute job !!

Russia’s Invasion of Afghanistan ?
America’s and England’s joint Misadventure in Iraq ?
The Assassination of Saddam Hussein ?

Nukes, arsenals of deadly weapons were sold to us in the name of Peace ( ha…ha ) as a DETERRENT ? ( Ha…ha…ha…). Some ‘deterrent’ and some… ‘Peace’ that !!

Very interesting writing. The problem with us is that we want to live in the world of illusion. We have formed an idea and even though it is proving wrong at multiple occasions, we are not going to accept it. (In context of Terrorism is having no religion).

This is interesting and very scaring too. Religions of many kinds are build at fear and when we mix that fear with the cultural differences, much can go very wrong.
Many religions are used to keep people in control, which I find disgusting.
We are born to be free souls and thinkers, if we learn how to use our brain.
No one are allowed to reduce this to follow a religion.

What a great article. I knew about this before now being a freethinker and I’m glad seeing you writing about it because it’s not my niche. What religion apologist will cause in the name of their fairy prophets will go beyond their power.
There has been activist, advocate and pioneer of free thought that has fought for the separation of religion and state, but the cooperation of religious leaders and politicians has led to the failure of secularism.
Separation of religion and state will benefits all; however Nature gave us reason not religions.

Well said, I am not into politics but I do believe that the powers that be have brought religion to the forefront and use it it in must aspects of their politics, exactly where it should not be, an example Henry VIII, long what happened when he changed religion, the pope of the time and his followers, should never have given in to Henry, no matter the cost! Religion is personal and does not belong on the fields of battle and we should all take a less from you, I believe you have made a strong and valid point. Cheers

The problem is that you are using darkness and you don’t understand it. Unless you’re involved with Jesus you’re involved with a dark part of beliefs. That’s why I focus on one scripture. You should read Isaiah. You can’t correct God because it will be you in the end being humbled.
